This is a beautiful 1973 Kings Craft 36 houseboat. She's located in Ardmore, Oklahoma and has only been used in freshwater.
The current seller uses the boat as a floating condo. The engines aren't currently running and need to be inspected to determine how to get them functioning.
She's 36' in length with a 12' beam. She's got a lot of interior room and room to lounge outside. This Kings Craft has a very modern and luxurious look inside.

1978 Houseboat
The boat is called "Pipe Dreams". It has a level floorplan includes living area, kitchen area, bath and bedroom with queen bed. Kitchen stove and oven in working order, refrigerator & microwave working. Bathroom has a duel flush Marine toilet with a 100 gal tank and warning light when cleanout is needed. Tub and shower combo unit (big). Marine CH/A (2004) with thermostat. 2 ceiling fans inside, 3 sliding glass doors (2 of them in bedroom) all windows and doors have window treatment and/or blinds. 2 TVs one in bdrm and 1 in living room. Boat is 12' wide with full length walkway on each side and covered sitting areas at the bow and stern. Bow area has a ceiling fan. Stern has a driving deck with the width of the boat extends 4' out from the stern. Stairway from upper deck includes a large canvas canopy over the top. Has a fly bridge but no controls to operate boat from on top. Has a slide on back end from top deck. A rubber roof was put on 2003, floors painted in 2007. Boat is in good condition. New motor was installed 2011 and new lower unit. Bottom job and painted from the floor down late 2010/2011 (that winter). Boat is heavy gaged steel. It has a large cuddy room under first floor.
