Pipeliner II is a well thought out and beautifully decorated 17'x84' Z hallway styled 4 bedroom and 2 bath houseboat which has spent its entire life under a 24'x100' cover slip. Needless to say this is one of the best maintained and beautiful boats on the market. Boarding from the front and step onto the enormous front deck. Stepping through the large sliding glass door into the lavishly appointed salon which has newly installed hardwood flooring and professionally updated decor that instantly make you feel at home. Led backlit treyed ceilings, cornaces, crown molding really give this boat a warm but very lavishing look. Features include a new Norwalk sectional and flexsteel chair, and a brand new 60" Samsung 4K SUHD led flat screen TV with surround sound with new bluetooth capable 800watt Onkyo stereo system. It has a KVH auto tracking satalite system so you can still find your favorite shows or games while moving out on the water. The lower helm is to starboard offering good visibility and features controls for the inverter, VHF radio, stereo and rear and port side color camera, both bow and stern thrusters with wireless remote and MMC electronic controls both inside and up top.
The large galley features a built- in dinette with granite throught this entire boat with seating for 6 and storage underneath. This spacious galley has lots of counter space, all stainless appliances include full size refrigerator, smooth top range/oven, built- in microwave, garbage disposal, trash compactor, Uline icemaker and dishwasher.
