2006 RIVER CITY 36, This is a One of a Kind boat. This 36 houseboat has all the charm of a warm family cabin with just as much room. Built specifically for the current owner (a Hollywood Producer) this boat has all the character of a 20s vintage riverboat. Her aluminum haul and railing were fabricated in Paducah, Kentucky. The overall construction was supervised by the owner and skillfully executed by local Chicago Film Industry Artisans who spared nothing in the design and finished craftsmanship. Upon entry, through either the port or starboard forward patio doors, you walk into her pilothouse. There is a simple control station on the forward bulkhead. Seating for two is on a large comfortable sofa like helm station. Three steps down from the pilothouse is a futon bed seating and bench. Moving aft is a fold out dining table and chairs. Looking to port is a kitchen galley with a 2-burner Gaggenau stovetop, sink, refrigerator and storage cabinets. Then, three steps up again, there is a head with shower to port and a gas-burning fireplace to starboard. Finally another patio door leads you to the aft deck. Outside on the aft deck there is plenty of room for chairs. Stairs lead you up to the rooftop from there. Under the deck is a single Mercury Marine stern drive IO arrangement. Wise and Otherwise was surveyed the summer of 16 and was given Above Average overall ratings (has above average care and is equipped with extra electrical and electronic gear). Trades considered.
