1990 custom builder Eclipse CURRENT PRICE IS A GUIDE. ALL OFFERS RESPECTFULLY CONSIDERED Actual Condition It is reported, that due to long term poor maintenance, the houseboat partially sank in freshwater. The vessel sat with the aft starboard corner in the water and the engine compartment was submerged along with some of the salon. The interior starboard deck has extensive rot. Both pontoons probably need replacing. The raising of the vessel required that the penthouse and upper helm cover were cut off because of the weight.
