This 1996 Twin Anchor is in good condition for its age.
The generator was supposed to be replaced by the previous owner but was not.
The starboard engine has about 740 hours on it, and the port-side engine has about 900 hours. both motors and outdrives need to be serviced before running the boat.
The yacht has been sitting in the water for about 8 years with no motor usage.
There are two new bimini tops that have never been used in the bunk room.
The outside of the boat was painted three years ago.
The mechanism that controls the upper deck steering was replaced two years ago.

This 1996 Twin Anchor is perfect for any large family or friend trip and can also be docked for long periods of time to live life comfortably.
As you enter the boat from the aft, you have your dining area and kitchen, with the overhead cab above.
The dinette is very cozy and can seat up to eight people comfortably. There is a lovely mounted plate, cup, and bowl holder on the side next to the cabinet for extra storage.
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster oven, a 3-burner stove/oven a microwave, a double kitchen sink, and lots of cabinet space. The kitchen island is great for storage space as well.
The overhead cab is pretty simple, with a nice skylight and ample hanging space.
As you head to the living room down the hall, you'll find the bathroom, which is equipped with a single bathroom sink with cabinet storage below, a walk-in shower, a medicine cabinet, and a toilet. Across the hall is the spare bedroom with bunk beds, which is very spacious and comfortable.
Across the hallway from the main bedroom is the laundry room, which has a lot of storage space and a stacked washer and dryer.
The main bedroom has lovely french double doors for the entry, a nice-sized queen bed, and a flat-screen TV for all of your entertainment needs.
The living room is also very spacious, with a 2-seater couch and a recliner. All of the shades for the windows are pulled down to keep it nice and cozy. The entertainment center is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a very cozy fireplace.
On the second deck, you'll find a deep freezer off to the side of the AC unit. There's a hot tub for your relaxing nights on the water, and of course, the command bridge for overhead controls.
Reason for selling is not using enough.
