1965 Huckins Atlantic
This classic Atlantic 62, BREAKAWAY, underwent an extensive 3-year renovation at the Huckins yard from 1996 through 1999. The project included a re-power with new CAT 3176B's, redesign of the lower (main) helm and aft bridge deck, and alterations to the main salon, the master stateroom and master head. Additionally, in 2001, the galley was totally renovated and upgraded. BREAKAWAY is comfortable and very well-equipped with a spacious interior which includes, exclusive to this yacht, walnut walls in the main salon. In 2017, the brightwork was completely refinished and exterior topsides repainted with Awlgrip.
