Vessel was purchased from estate and owner's heath is requiring sale. The boat is being sold "As is, where is" and is available for inspection out of the water in Beaufort, NC. The engine is a 40 HP Westerbeke that will not turn over. A new stern tube and stuffing box was put in and the front engine mounts needed to be raised for allignment and that required the stringers to be modified. That was not done and there is also a portion of the exhaust that needed replacement and that needs to be procurred and installed.
