Boat is in really good condition! Has a running 10hp Diesel motor. Comes with Sails that are in good condition, Interior and exterior cushions (recently re-upholstered) and three new cushions made for the Bow of the boat (to Sunbathe/Relax) This sailboat has a full cabin! Plenty of room to stand up! Inside the cabin there is a small back bedroom (room for one) Two bench seats and a table that folds down in main cabin area. Also in the main cabin area is a kitchen sink/cooktop and prep counter. There is a bathroom and full bed in the Bow of the boat. This boat does NOT come with a Trailer, It is kept at a marina in Cornelius, NC. If buyer is local they will have the option to take over boat slip (PERFECT END SLIP!)
