This is a very nice good condition boat. I have owned her for the past 3 years. Hauled and bottom done 3 coats anti fouling in April 2015. new jell coat paint on hull at same time. Yanmar has 850 hrs on it, June did a valve job runs beautiful . Sails in good condition . This is a nice fixed keel Irwin draft is 4ft4 inches perfect for the Keys .I have boat for sale local , so I do reserve the right to sell and remove from E bay.
