1986 Island Packet Shoal Draft 27 "Time Goes By" is one of LESS THAN 20 shoal-draft Island Packets 27's built. She is also the ONLY IP 27 to ever go through a full refit at the Island Packet factory in 2014. Loaded, self-sufficient, and ready for world cruising...this pocket cruiser has it all!!!! 243 Island Packet 27's were built, but less than 20 were the innovative shallow draft design, with a full keel AND centerboard. "Time Goes By" draws only 2'8" with the centerboard up, making her perfect for cruising the Bahamas and other less-explored areas. And she doesn't ever need to be plugged in to the dock, as she's loaded with new solar panels and a wind generator. Nearly everything on her is brand new!
