She is well equipped. This boat as been well maintain over the years and she is ready to sail. I purchased her in 2005 (purchased survey available) and she is sailing since then in fresh water. Hull as been sanded up to gel coat in 2005 and Interlux Interprotect has been done (7 coats). Anti-Fooling has been done in 2013 (extra paint left). Rudder will need attention (not urgently) and port side window will have to be changed (not urgently) .
