This boat appears to be very clean and well cared for especially for its age. It spent almost its life in freshwater. It is kept trailered and covered when not in use. Upholstery looked good. I only saw one small split in a seam. Gel coat shines. The trailer is painted steel and does show at least some surface rust. It did not appear to be concerning.
