Nice condition overall with lots of updates and upgrades over the years. Extremely spacious interior layout and lots of seating on the flybridge.
The gel coat has minor surface spider cracks in a few spots but each area appears to just be cosmetic.
According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended.
Overall, a lot of boat for the money.

This is a beautiful example of Mainship's 40-foot Sedan Bridge. Its very clean interior is a step above similar options available. The interior offers expansive living space. The spacious rear cockpit opens up to the integrated swim platform. There is lots of seating at the bridge and a walkthrough to the bow area.
Powered by closed cooling Marine Power 454 EFIs this has great range with the 310-gallon fuel capacity.
Navigation is aided by Simrad's bright color screen. The system is GPS, chartplotter and sonar. Two air conditioners and there is a Kohler 5.0KW to power everything when not connected to shore power.
The interior feels nothing like other 40ft yachts. The wide beam moves forward to create the perfect salon for relaxing or entertaining a large group. An oversized dinette, large galley and L-shaped sofa (that turns into a bed) complete the open concept. There's a flat panel TV and stereo system. The salon has new LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring and updated carpet in the forward compartments. There is also a new built-in ice maker in the salon.
The galley provides great counter space with a refinished sink/countertops, faucet, Dometic 12 volt 8 cu ft fridge+freezer, double induction cooktop, and a GE microwave. Storage above and below for long-range cruising.
A few steps forward, the mid stateroom is to port with 2 comfortable bunks, a hanging locker and storage drawers. The forward stateroom has a massive island bed. Hanging lockers are to port and starboard with storage underneath.
The dual access head is starboard and is very roomy with a separate shower stall, lots of counter space and storage. It includes a Saniflow flush head with a macerator.
Other recent interior improvements include salon-side plexiglass windows, Bali blinds on the side windows, and a Purasan waste treatment unit.
Outside recent upgrades include sea-deck flooring in the cockpit, stairwell, and flybridge. The full bridge enclosure canvas/isinglass is updated, and the bottom has been stripped, primed, and bottom painted in the last two years. There is also a new 4-rung swim ladder recently added.
