This Malibu Sunsetter 23 XTi is a pristine personal boat currently in water of Lake George at owners personal residence. This boat has been meticulously maintained by ASE certified owner since new. Hot Orange and White exterior and White interior with Orange piping (perfect, no tears or cracks). This is a top of the line boat with new ones costing 3 to 4 times the cost. Boat and trailer have been stored in the owners heated garage since new. Never been in salt water and used only in Lake George fresh water. Hull and bottom are both in perfect condition. Indmar Monsoon 335hp engine has only 196 hours of use.
