This houseboat is in fair condition. Three years ago (2021) it was hauled, bottom coated, roof & floor replaced. The cabinet doors have been removed and are stored in the slip storage compartment. Air conditioners work, new on-demand water heater, new black-out curtains. Generator needs work; seller will have it repaired.
