This is one of the nicest, cleanest, vessels we have helped sell in a while. The customer is older and retired and wishes to have a smaller vessel to use. It was purchased New and is One Owner, Stored it's entire life in a boat house under roof behind his home. Very well maintained and used periodically. Never sat for extended periods. Really a nice boat and engine. The boat has included within it: Built in Air Conditioning Unit for Cabin Spaces, NORCOLD 12/24/120 volt Refrigerator DE-451 with Ice Tray Freezer, Jasco Head with holding tank system, Microwave Samsung MU3050W, Range Top ORIGO 2500E Single Burner Alcohol/120v Electric, Stereo JVC-KD5640. VHF Radio, Full Tent Cockpit and Aft Deck Enclosure (As Pictures), All cushions and supports for the V-Berth Bed as well as the Optional Aft Deck Bed (Pictures Show the Aft Table installed/This bed assembles in this area and the cushions have always been in storage, included and not pictured here), The Engine Package has a new Transom Plate assembly installed, with new, Y-Pipe, Raw water Pump Assembly, New Starter Assembly, The Manifolds are two years old. The engine was removed for the transom bracket to be replaced, and the engine and drive were inspected fully and all issues were taken care of at that time (4/2015 by Marine Mechanics Inc, Flagler Beach, FL). New Spark Plugs, Cap Wires and Rotor, all Filters, Drive Oil, Drive service, Trim Relays, ect. (The customer / Owner repaired the vessel as though he would keep it, but in turn decided to sell this vessel and obtain a smaller one) The vessel has been thoroughly lake tested and runs, superb. No issues or discrepancies were noted from the one hour lake test. Inspect the pictures closely, what is in the pictures is what is included in the sale. Feel Free to ask Questions. The boat is located in Flagler Beach, FL on stands. We can and will launch the vessel at the nearby boat ramp, but have no other means to move or load the vessel onto a trailer or transport. I am unwilling to quote shipping, should you like to have the boat shipped I can place it in the water at the boat ramp locally for the buyer or you prearranged shipper..
