VESSEL WALK-THROUGH: Upon your personal inspection, you will not believe that his boat is a 2001. Keeping her lift stored, fully covered, and always detailed has resulted in this boat appearing ten years (or more) newer that she actually is. Starting aft, you will find a retractable swim ladder up to the large swim platform for easy boarding for water skiing or scuba diving adventures. As you can see from the photos below, the cockpit seating arrangement is second to none giving more than ample seating for lots of friends and family. In addition, there is a filler board (with cushion) that enables the starboard forward and aft seating area to become one very large tanning bed. Located aft to port is a fresh water pull-out hose for cooling off on hot summer days. Directly below the fresh water hose is a very convenient fresh water engine flush hook-up...a must for any lift stored boat like this one! Included is cockpit snap-in deck carpeting that is brand new and has never been used. The microwave oven and stove have never been used as well.
Moving forward to port is a wet bar (with sink) and large guest bench seat facing to starboard for guests to hang out with the captain. And, no matter where your guests are seated, while underway the Bennett Trim Tabs make it easy to keep the boat perfectly level. Another really great feature on this boat is the walk-through windshield which makes it extremely easy and convenient to get to the bow area. This MAXUM 2700 SCR is powered up right with the largest engine package option and features the MerCruiser 7.4L MPI V-8 Engine along with a Bravo III Outdrive with SS Counter Rotating Duo Props that really makes for excellent performance and easy docking even in wind and strong current! The risers and manifolds were replaced in 2014 and still are looking new. In 2015 the owner had a new outdrive bracket installed and new alternator and oil pan, and in 2016 a new water pump. With safety being number one, this owner has done it right by being proactive on necessary repairs.
