The Monticello was designed to offer the expansive living spaces of the lake houseboats but with more robust construction, a clipper bow and significantly more power (twin 8.1 Liter inboard V8's) to allow river cruising rather than being confined to a lake. One owner, the Miss Sandra has always been in fresh water, has very low time (less than 60 hours since new), loaded with options and is absolutely spectacular.. She is being sold in cruise ready condition with all furnishings, soft goods and all the custom touches ordered by the original owners even including the dishes.
