*** Update April 2022*** The Upper helm enclosure was destroyed due to heavy snow. The seller has been contemplating replacing it with a hard top or replacing the canvas enclosure. Nothing has been decided yet. *** Update July 4th, 2019*** The boat was just launched for the season. ~The New Canvas install has been fully completed. ~ Brand New Batteries have been installed. *** Update October 2018 *** All new canvas is being installed. The boat is prepped to make sure she's kept in good condition. There are canvas covers for helm upholstery for those times when the bridge is open. All oil, including V-drive oil has just been changed out. This Beautiful Bayliner 4587 is reported to be in excellent condition. In late 2015 she was pulled from the water and the entire hull had a fresh gelcoat applied, while the entire bottom was repainted. She's serviced regularly and kept in top running condition. Update *** May 4, 2016 *** Propellers were just rebalanced and re-installed. A brand new Garmin Fishfinder has been installed with new transducer. Stock #099098 Perfect Vessel for the Inside Passage. The Bayliner 4587 Cockpit Motor Yacht is comfortable, spacious and effective motor yacht that is not only well fitted for living aboard or long range cruising, but with the cockpit layout she has room to fish as well. The upper helm is well laid out and offers an easy place from which to pilot, with room for passengers to keep the captain company on your journeys. Windows provide excellent outside visibility from the lower helm. Both helms are equipped with Nav electronics for continuity. The two-stateroom floorplan is arranged with the full galley and dinette down, and large wraparound salon. Both staterooms have double berths, but only the aft head compartment has a separate stall shower. Both staterooms also have televisions. The full galley is configured with Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, sink and microwave. She's plumbed for a washer/dryer setup. There is not one currently onboard. The space is being used as a pantry. But the trash compacter is aboard and does work. An Arctic Diesel Forced Air Heater Upgrade and 4 electric heaters take care of the interior atmosphere. Combined with the full enclosures they make for a rather comfortable environment. The aft deck is quite spacious for outdoor living including the wet bar that contains a new Icemaker (2014). The cockpit includes a transom door, lazarette and a davit to lift dinghy in place. Aft deck, Cockpit and bridge feature Snap on removable Indoor / Outdoor carpeting. A/C power away from the docks comes from a 7 KW Westerbeke generator and a 3 KW inverter. She's powered by twin Hino 250 diesel engines that according to the seller get about 1 - 1.5 mpg at a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 21 knots when called upon. The seller reports this Bayliner does amazingly well in 8-10 foot seas around Alaska. This boat runs very well in winter as well. At the waterline, her length is 45'-1" but with the swim step bow sprit she comes in at 54' in overall length.

The exterior of this vessel is in very good condition for her age. In the interior, most of the windows have been re-sealed, but there is one that needs to be done still.
