1980 Nelson Marek 36 Custom "RUSH" is a custom one off Designed by Nelson / Marek Yacht Design group. The PHRF on this boat is 84 and will sail to her rating. She has a Great Race Pedigree winning the 1980 One Ton North Americans and Many Many other races on the Great Lakes. She was just redone with a full gelcoat hull sides, deck and bottom race ready this past winter. The boat is Ready to race and win again. The current owner purchase the boat in 1997 and has kept her in great race condition. Their plans have changed and the owner will listen to all reasonable offers.

1983 Nelson Marek 45R Lauren Marie is a great racer/cruiser and very fast for the performance-minded sailor. This was built by Catalina/Morgan. The hull appears to be in great condition. There are several light abrasions on the port side amidships and one 12" diameter laminate repair that has not been cosmetically finished off. The deck appears to be solid and was recored in 2004 by Torresen Marine. There is some minor lead dents to the leading and trailing edge of the keel. The rudder appears to be good and solid. Sails appear to be in fair condition but are not for racing. The manual bilge pump does not operate but the electric bilge pump does operate. She is a great bargain! 1983 Nelson Marek 36R This Morgan-built and Nelson Marek-designed 36 would be a great candidate for both around the buoys PHRF racing or taking her on a distance race, as she would be equally capable. This is the "R" version of the boat and she has a tall three spreader rig and deep keel. Her LMPHRF rating of 93 attests to the boat's speed potential and yet the boat features amenities like a 2 burner stove with oven and refrigeration for post race. Looney Tunes sleeps 8 and features all the racing extras such as Navtec hydraulic back stay adjuster, Navtec rod rigging, adjustable genoa cars, windward sheeting traveler car and Harken primary winches.
