1986 Ocean Alexander 39 The Ocean Alexander 39 feels much larger than its 39 feet. A very nice sedan lay out includes a roomy cockpit entry via the swim platform and transom door. An exceptionally large sliding door opens to the salon which is like a "great room", all one level with only a step up to the galley so all guests can easily visit with one another when in the living space. Rich, satin teak is found throughout the interior. The salon has an updated sofa to port and barrel chair to starboard. Also on the starboard is a built in drop down flat screen TV. Forward of the TV is an ice maker with a wet bar concealed by nice teak, which is found throughout the boat. Forward of the wet bar is an inside helm with electronics. Opposite the helm on the port side is the up galley, with expansive views through the generous windows. The galley includes double sinks, electric stove and oven, refrigerator and ample storage.
