The old engines and generator have been removed. This houseboat is a good candidate for repowering and/or solar. The seller indicates that all other systems and mechanics have been well maintained and are fully functional. Stock #305949 Very Clean! Ready to be a floating oasis or A liveaboard! This houseboat was built in 1997, soundly constructed of steel pontoons and solid steel foundation, with the structure being built of wood. The pontoons are painted with top-of-the-line Coal Cat Marine coating. Want to take her into salt water? No problem! Those steel pontoons with the tar epoxy coating are safe from corrosion not to mention they are durable and strong. There are six baffles in each pontoon so if part of the pontoon is compromised; only that baffle will potentially fill with water. Comfort, ease of use and ample storage were the themes of this layout. From the penthouse loft, that sleeps 4-6 children, or can be used for storage, to the rear bedroom and great room with two berths, a total of 12 people can sleep aboard in her current configuration. The galley has two refrigerator/freezers, a three-burner propane stove with oven, a microwave, two sinks and plenty of storage space. You'll be able to cook large meals with ease. There are one and a half heads in amply sized rooms. Outside the main floor and spacious upper deck, all have railings for safety. Both the front and back of the houseboat have good-sized decks with the rear deck having a spiral staircase to the upper deck.

(Available on location w/ the boat). She is currently winterized and on the hard at the Port of Valdez. She is virtually a brand-new yacht with only 877 hours. This boat is fully loaded with almost too many features to note! See the listing specifications for full list of details. This beautiful pilothouse was designed and built for extensive offshore cruising. The best cruise speed is between 7-10 knots, while only 2 gallons an hour are burned. The meticulous refurbishing project has resulted in a blend of old-school construction reliability while utilizing the simplest and best of modern technology. Reconstructed with year-round navigation of Alaskan waters in mind, all exterior teak has been removed and repurposed for interior finishing. All exterior gelcoat has been coated with Awl Grip Epoxy Primers and finished in Awl Grip Snow White and Red Topcoats, leaving a maintenance-free finish so more time can be spent enjoying outings and far less in upkeep. Manufactured by AJR, all original teak windows and doors have been replaced with modern offshore versions that are finished in black anodized aluminum. Modifications include a beautifully finished interior with raised panel-designed cabinets that offer exceptional amounts of storage. The easily cleaned marine vinyl walls and ceilings are trimmed exquisitely in repurposed teak. Located forward, the owner's stateroom offers a large V-shaped bed, private sink and plenty of extended stay storage. Designed to allow the helmsman a 360-degree view, the pilothouse has all critical controls, gauges, and systems in easy reach. When opened, the tilt down overhead cabinet exposes the painstakingly organized and thoroughly labeled electrical and electronic systems. The portside head is just aft of the flybridge and is equipped with a Dometic toilet, generously sized hard surface countertop with sink, excellent storage and a comfortable shower stall. The salon features a large starboard side L-settee with room to comfortably sleep two adults. Having removed the original hide-a-bed, generous under seating storage has been created. If more sleeping accommodations are necessary, the option to deploy an exquisite and very comfortable queen-size air mattress is readily available. The mattress's built-in electric pump fills/deflates its interconnected air cells in just four minutes, providing support, conforming to the sleeper's body shape, and cushioning pressure points. A spacious starboard side galley includes a diesel-fired Wallas cooktop/heater and oven. Year-round heating comfort is accomplished by the Wabasto Thermo Pro 90 hydronic heating system that puts out 31,000 BTU's. The yacht is equipped with LED lighting, which uses very little DC power. While AC power systems are minimal, a Magnum true sinewave inverter/charger will provide 2,800 watts of continuous power. The battery storage bank consists of 4 Rolls/Surrette 530-amp hour deep cycle batteries designed to deliver power for long periods.

2004 Pacific Mariner Pilothouse - Hull #39 New to the market, the MACABUCA is by far the best equipped and best maintained Pacific Mariner 65 currently available! She is truly the definition of a turn-key yacht, that is ready to leave the dock and go cruising on a moments notice!  In 2014 when the current owners were searching for the best PM65 available, a one owner boat, the UNREACHABLE, stood out as being far nicer than any of the competition! After their purchase, the owners proceeded (at great expense) to make MACABUCA even more perfect, with long term ownership and long range cruising plans in mind. MACABUCA now has a new, and very expensive, Garmin electronics upgrade, a new A/C Chiller, V-Kool UV window treatment, new bridge and cockpit enclosures, new Gel Cell batteries, new multi-color/multi-function underwater lights, very recent full W-4 service on the main engines, and much more! The MACABUCA should be on the short list for anyone looking for cruising boat that is easily handled by a couple, but with separate accommodations for crew if need be. She is also one of the best running hull designs ever penned by William Garden. The exterior and interior were designed by Greg Marshall, who has many Mega Yachts to his credit. The PM 65 design was created to give the Yachtsman an affordable, reliable, low-operating cost yacht that would be versatile enough to operate efficiently at displacement speeds for long distance cruising or at 20 knots for long weekend cruising. Please review the detailed full listing specifications and photos for the complete story, and then call us to discuss this beautiful PM65, or arrange to see her!
