This pilothouse has been well cared for by two owners. The current owner has had the boat for about one year and has done maintenance and added features.
There is a crack in the hatch plexiglass and the live well plug needs to be replaced. The raw water washdown needs to be repaired. Everything else works as it should according to the owner.

This 2006 C-Dory 22 Angler Pilothouse is a wonderful fishing boat that can be used year-round with an air conditioner and heater to keep you comfortable.
The flat bottom hull at the stern helps to reduce the rolling motion of the boat and the twin Suzuki 40 hp four-stroke motors will get you to your favorite fishing spot. The twin engines make docking and trailering easy.
The pilothouse has a V-berth that has room for a porta-potty (not included), will sleep two, and has a hatch and a privacy curtain. The side windows have screens and the front window opens. There is a camper canvas with isinglass that rolls up with straps to keep them up.
Rod holders and lights have been added and there is space to hold the two-burner stove (included). The cooler rack on the transom is included. The fenders and rub rail are newer.
There is a generator rack on the cabin top behind the air conditioner.
The dual axle trailer is in good condition with newer tires and a spare.
This wonderful Pilothouse fishing boat is ready to go and has mostly been used in freshwater.
