1997 Pursuit 3100 Express Pursuit has always been known as a high quality boat which will last for many many years. It's common to see many older, 30-40 years old, Pursuits with re-powers as the boat itself remains a solid performer year after year. This vessel has spent its entire life in the Northeast Long Island Sound area which means it is lightly used only 4 months per year and does not have the typical faded / chalky gel coat that most southern boats have due to excessive sun and salt exposure. This Pursuit is outfitted with twin Crusader 6.0 Captains Choice Inboards with 375 horsepower each. I have had this vessel maitained by certified Crusader mechanics that follow Crusaders recommended maintenance schedule religiously at my insistance. Every system on this vessel works as it is supposed to. *Brand new O.E.M. Crusader Manifolds, Risers, Oil Coolers & Transmission coolers were replaced February of 2016 as per the recommended maintenance schedule* I have this vessel polished and waxed with Collinite wax twice per season which will be evident to any potential buyer when looking at the pictures that show the bright work in like new condition, not pitted and dull as with many other boats.
