1998 Rampage 28 Express This is the last 28 Rampage Sportsman Express ever built. The hull was laid in 1998 by the original Rampage company then the sold to KCS International when they acquired Rampage shortly after that. She was then finished in 2002 and the present owner bought her in 2002 and then she was commissioned and launched in 2003. The boat shows extremely well with clean fiberglass, modern Pleasure Craft EFI & FWC engines (550 hrs)commissioned in 2003, Velvet Drive transmissions (new manifolds, risers & RW pumps 2013) and a very clean Custom J&J aluminum tower with full controls, a fiberglass hardtop, Lee outriggers and a 3 sided Stamoid and Strataglass enclosure. This tower also has a break away feature that allows the boat to be trucked if needed. 2004 Rampage 30 Express The Rampage 30 Express features a hull made of pre-impregnated end-grain balsa, sandwiched between layers of fiberglass and resin for superior strength and insulating qualities. The roomy, self-bailing cockpit area was designed for fishermen with all the features experienced anglers demand, including a 55-gallon baitwell with an etched glass window, a swing-out walk-through transom door, full coaming bolsters, a fully equipped bait-prep station with an insulated fish box that is both removable and macerated, and fresh and raw water washdowns. The high-tech helm features full instrumentation including an engine synchronizing gauge and hour meters, and an aluminum steering wheel that tilts out to provide easy access to wiring and electronics. 28' Rampage express 1988. This boat is faster and more fuel efficient than any rampage of its year. 273hrs on new engines. Re-powered in 2008 with twin new generation 325hp crusaders vs original 260hp engines. This boat is your best bet for a family boat or serious fishing boat in this length. No other 28' or smaller boat has dual front to back seats so 8 people can sit out of the wind while cruising. Even more passengers if wished can sit in the very large cockpit. Boat has Color fish finder/GPS plotter, radar, vhf, cd stereo as well as Stove, and fridge for overnights. Stand up head with shower/hot water. For the serious fisherman it has a transom door and its 22' Rupp outriggers can be mounted to help you go after the biggest fish and has 11 rod holders.
