1962 red fish shark runabout.The motor and controls are a 1966 mercury 500.The motor idles a little ruff but throttles up smoothly.At full throttle it tops out at 33mph with no cavitation.This is a 3 year old restoration done by me.The transom has been replaced and is now stronger than than factory.The upper gellcoat was gone and was sanded, epoxy primed and painted with automotive paint.The interior was also gone so i installed carpet for personal comfort and my wife reupholstered the seats.Not bad huh?The steering wheel and spot light are factory but it is missing the cool factory hood ornament running light.The prop shaft seal started leaking this summer so buyer will have to deal with this.The trailer is a1970 sears tilt bed with a 1 7/8 hitch and a 4 pin flat light plug.The tires are really good and comes with spare.The tongue has a slight twist but hooks up and pulls fine. It also has a new winch and swivel jack.But the trailer needs painted and maybe recarpet the bunk boards.The boat has a new main wire harness and 3 blade prop.It comes with everything in pictures plus a new spare starter and a spare beat up prop and extra parts for control box.It has a good battery and the charging system works.In Iowa the boat and trailer registrations are the title which i have with me.Buyer will pay 500.00 down via pay pal and pay remaining balance when picking up boat.I have a full time job but can be flexible on pickup times.
