MUST GO AND MUST BE MOVED WITHIN 30 days! $12,000 is low as I will go. Any other offers will be ignored and user blocked 2001 Regal 3260 454 twin Volvo Penta FI I purchased this boat as a bank repo. Both 454 fuel injected engines run, but both engines may need manifolds? The port engine needs alternator rebuilt and power steering pump but runs great. the hour meter on port engine shows 275 hours but probably not accurate. starboard engine meter isn't readable but seems to runs good. I have only seen ONE 2001 regal 3260 with big block motors and the asking price was $99,900. The covers are in OK condition but probably need new ensign glass or clear plastic glass. The exterior upholstery needs recovered. The generator was removed and would cost about $3500 to replace.All wiring is there and should be fairly easy to install. MOST all buttons switches and equipment work. AC and heat work, shore power works and has new high dollar house and start batteries. Hull is in nice condition never under painted and would buff out and shine like new. Gel coat has a few chips and swim platform does also. I have ONE ratio matched outdrive in excellent condition with less than 100 hours on it that goes with boat. New ujoints, all new gimbal bearings and bellows included. Windless is missing and a used one cost about $500. Boat radar arch needs repainted to look nicer and speakers are gone. GPS and plot charter seem to work but are outdated and you would probably want to upgrade. Interior upholstery is in very nice condition but I have removed and stored and do not have pictures. The cabin would clean up near to like new. Carpet cleaning and some elbow grease would really make this boat pop. I would consider finishing the boat for you if you purcased the parts and paid me some additional labor. I have $29K invested. Do to life changes I need to sell it and move on. Boat may sit where located for 30 days. I will assist in loading but will need to be moved with a hydraulic boat trailer of small crane to load on a regular trailer. I have friends that would help at a minimal cost. I have all the gimbal kits for both drives but only one drive and NO props.please email with number and I will call you back to answer any questions.
