Twin Mercruiser 350 MPI engines (290 hours) with Bravo 3 duo prop outdrives enables a comfortable cruising speed around 32 MPH. It also has a 4.5 KW Westerbeke generator with only 90 hours. It sleeps 2 in the forward berth, 3 in the enormous aft cabin and the dinette converts to sleep 1. A convertible sun pad in the cockpit area can sleep 2 more. Highlights, the boat has a gigantic swim platform that is the place everyone hangs out on the water. Vacuum flush head, 2 refrigerators, 1 in galley and 1 in cockpit wet bar). 1990 Regal Commodore 360. Boat is 36 feet long. Twin V8 gas Mercruisers. Generator. The boat is in very good condition. It is turn key. It is in the water and ready for a test drive. It has 2 separate staterooms with wood doors. The canvas is in good condition. The reverse cycle heat AC unit was replaced 2 years ago. All 4 batteries were replaced last year. New stereo's in cockpit and cabin. Flat panel TV/DVD combo in main cabin. Both staterooms have TVs. Garmin chart plotter. NADA estimate is $35K. Winter storage has been paid.
