The Regulator 23 fishes big with a flush line for enhanced fishability and loads of storage, including two 160-quart forward seat fish/dry boxes, 350 quart in-deck fishbox/locking rod storage, 1 23 gallon transom livewell and a 120 quart transom fishbox.
