2007 Rinker 342 Express Cruiser
This is a great example of a well maintained and upgraded Rinker 342 express cruiser. This boat has been with its current owner for 4 years and has been extremely well maintained. We have not seen any other Rinker 342s with this extensive of an electronics package included. Over $20k has been invested in this boat in the past 4 years. This includes autopilot, radar, and 3 touchscreens! In addition to this, the engine data module has been added, so you will get real time data on all vital data included remaining fuel by the number of gallons and current fuel economy. There is also an upgraded, newer fusion stereo with iPod dock and full Bluetooth and 6 JL audio speakers. You can even view stereo information from one of the 3 touchscreens on the dash! It is easy to see that the current owner put a lot of time and money into this Rinker.
The first owner had a full boat cover made from canvas that is great for summer or winter storage. This is in addition to the factory camper AND cockpit covers. This will give you the option to keep out of the rain or wind on chilly days and then only use the cockpit cover mid-summer when you would like to arrive and quickly have full access to the sun, while protecting the seats and dash from the sun when you are away. The current owner had custom seat covers made to keep the sun and bugs off the seats when not in use. One thing that sets the 342 apart from other boats its size is the shower with door in the bathroom. This separates the water from spraying all over the bathroom when showering. This is something that most cant appreciate until seeing it in action, and something you wont find in other boat lines until you buy a much bigger boat. Please note, this boat was manufactured before the change in how they measure length. This boat is 37 feet overall and compares very closely to the newer Rinker 360 model.
This boat has been used regularly on Lake Michigan and it runs extremely well with no issues. The list of maintenance is extensive. Water pumps, impellers, and belts have been replaced in the past year. The boat is regularly inspected by the owner and mechanic to find any maintenance items that can be addressed in advance of them needing replacement. This boat is truly turn key and will provide the next owner with years of enjoyment. Current owners are moving to a salt water region in a year and will be getting a new vessel instead of taking this fresh water gem with them.
