2006 Rinker 342 Express Cruiser New listing, more details soon, one owner boat, over $150,000 spent on her since she was new The Rinker 330 Fiesta Vee  is a midsize family cruiser whose crisp styling, roomy interior and attractive price make her a popular choice for budget-minded boaters. Built on a beamy semi-V hull, the Fiesta Vees original midcabin floorplan was arranged a little different from the norm in that the galley refrigerator is forward, under the double berth. On the downside, sitting headroom in both the fore and aft berths was very low in early models. Significantly, Rinker updated the boat for 2000 (when she became the 340 Fiesta Vee) with a lowered floor in the salon and new, taller, foredeck tooling that increased cabin headroom and overall living space. An all-new floorplan was introduced in 2002along with an extended swim platform and additional fuelwhen she became the 342 Fiesta Vee. The cockpit, with seating for six to eight, includes a full wet bar with sink and refrigerator. Additional features include a walk-through windshield, electric engine hatch, extended swim platform, and transom shower. Among several sterndrive options, twin 280hp Volvo gas sterndrives cruise the Fiesta Vee in the low to mid 20s and reach a top speed of around 35 knots.
