Wife says we need a bigger boat! Reluctantly selling my 2000 Rinker 232 after owning for 5+ years because, although we have made it work with a custom camper canvas, its a bit too small to do anything more than an overnight with the wife and 2 kids now 7 and 9. Had a great season this year and the engine is running well. Have kept the boat well maintained and had the manifolds and riser changed in 2014. There is a small issue with the engine stalling when shifting lightly into forward and reverse but is easily dealt with by giving it a little extra juice. I have had a mechanic check it in the water and he thinks it is the fuel pressure regulator but you have to take the rear seats out to get at it. Being little more than an annoyance, I have not wanted to pull the boat and miss the last few weekends of the season. I also remove all the seats and cushions every winter anyways in order to store them in the basement so I plan on taking care of it then. Please note that ALL of the pictures shown were taken on 8/30/2015 so you can see the boat's current condition. She is still in the water and sea trials can be arranged.
