This 1985 Roughwater 37 Motoryacht appears to be in good condition for its vintage and priced to sell. The interior is attractive and clean with nice upholstery and bright work. The exterior appears to be damage free but care could be given to freshen the teak brightwork, replace the missing slats in the swim platform, and shine the hull from the effects of the Florida sun. The engine room is immaculate even compared to much newer boats. The only discrepancies known to the seller are that the windows should be resealed due to two small leaks in heavy rain and that the fuel gauge does not work. Beyond that, the seller states that all functions and features work as intended to the best of his knowledge. It is important to understand that the boat has not left its slip in almost three years as it was bought solely to be used as a live-aboard. However, he does have a diver clean and inspect the bottom every month.
