2015 Ranger 2310 Bay Ranger Evolved from decades of design and development in coastal saltwater, the 2310 is engineered to deliver a high level of angling opportunities, from backcountry to open water, guide trips to tournament action. Bow to stern, this advanced design is packed with exceptional features and equipment. The ultra-wide bow flare not only results in an incredibly dry ride but with a custom sheer line it also shares a big plus for working fish - a minimum gunnel height and huge front deck and interior. Smooth, responsive hydraulic steering centers the helm while fuel capacity specs out at a healthy 80 gallons and outboard muscle rates for 300 horses. Inside, even a quick glance confirms that the broad, stable beam delivers a floor plan geared for quick, easy movement. There's a world of storage balanced throughout the layout as well as a long wish list of standard features. Up front, an anchor locker centers the bow while a pair of oversized rod boxes parallels the deck. Both boxes are equipped with stainless steel compression locks and gas spring lid assists. The port box also includes a rod organizer system. Keeping with its total performance nature, the 2310 is designed with a forward-positioned, aerated livewell/baitwell that includes a high speed pickup and in-line filter. Also up front, another set of spacious storage compartments are ideal for a wide variety of gear. A removable fiberglass cooler sits just in front of the console and serves double duty as an extra seating position. At the helm, the self-bailing cockpit includes a special leaning post with custom-fitted upholstery, additional rod slots, and built-in dry storage for trolling motor batteries and breaker switches. The unique configuration frees up even more space throughout the boat for extra gear. The console, itself, is a design specifically engineered to accommodate the larger, modern electronics favored by so many inshore anglers. Factory installed instrumentation includes speed, tach, fuel, trim, and water pressure gauges. Also on the console is a trio of stand-up, rocket-launcher style rod holders integrated into each side. The aft section of the 2310 touts even more highlights. While additional rod holders and a convenient access hatch to plumbing pumps reinforce the ultra efficient design, another center-mounted, aerated livewell/baitwell drives home the point that almost everything you need is just a step away. As with the forward-positioned well, this system also includes a high speed pickup and in-line filter. With multiple passengers on board, the 2310 provides still another unique feature - stowable jump seats that can be deployed in a matter of seconds. The morphing design allows for extra seating locations when necessary and folds flush to create an elevated fishing deck along the full transom. Combined with other Ranger standards like a skid-resistant deck and interior, heavy duty 6 gauge trolling motor wiring, upright level flota
