Magic Juan is a 1978 San Juan 24 sailboat in great condition having recently gotten a bottom job (hull and keel are solid--no water in the bilge ever), all-new standing rigging, completely re-worked rudder / tiller, and several other smaller upgrades. She is rigged for single-hand racing and also outfitted for luxurious cruising ($600 in custom cushions!).
