The boat is clean inside and out. There are no mold/mildew spots on the upholstery and no rips or tears. The boat has been on a lift and the cockpit covered. The carpeted surfaces on the sun deck and interior shows light wear and has no visible tears or rips. There is no bottom paint as the boat has always been kept in dry storage or on a lift. Located to starboard is the ever important wet bar. The original helm controllers have been replaced and upgraded (new EIM). It has a completely new analog system with all new switches, controllers, circuit-panels and full length wiring harness, all locally installed. Across from the captain on the starboard side is more seating that converts to a lounger. Just a few steps down and you'll find ample head room in the cabin. The blue hull sides look to be in nice condition. The white gel coat was bright and clean. The exterior cushions are burnt from the sun and cracked. The gauges on the helm are readable, however the plastic lens is cracking. The cabin smells of mold and mildew. There is mold on the headliner and carpet below the refrigerator. The carpet is stained, and the cabin could use a deep cleaning. The engine compartment had no signs of abnormal smells or oil in the bilge. The engine has excessive corrosion on multiple components. The seller states that the engines run well. There is no windlass, no air conditioning and no generator. Stock #406364 Sundancer 280 powered by Twin 220HP Mercruiser engines with only 250 hours! The Sea Ray 280 is a great boat to enjoy the water. The boat has plenty of space for friends and family. The boat can sleep up to 6 people in the cabin and entertain comfortably in the cockpit. Step aboard from the swim platform into the aft cockpit. There is ample seating, a table and a cockpit sink. The boat is powered by two economical 4.3 liter Mercruiser engines. They have 250 low hours. The captain has a nice helm with a full set of gauges and switches. The cabin has large forward v-berth, a settee, and cozy mid-berth. 2008 Sea Ray Sundancer 280 Kohler Generator with only 70 hours! Those looking for a small midcabin family cruiser will find a lot to like in the Sea Ray 280 Sundancer. The styling is crisp-a Sea Ray trademark these days-and the interior makes the most out of available space with berths for four adults (and two kids), decent head room, a full galley, and a V-berth that converts into a second dinette. Built on a deep-V hull with a moderate beam and an integrated swim platform, the Sundancer's curved radar arch is an appealing design touch that's showing up on a good many express boats these days. The single-level cockpit is arranged with a sun pad opposite the helm, an aft-facing bench seat, wet bar, and a retractable rear bench seat that folds up into the transom when it's necessary to get into the engine compartment. A large storage locker is built into the transom, and molded steps at the helm provide easy access to the walk-through windshield.
