The boat was originally purchased new in New York and was moved to Lake Mead in 2007, . I purchased the boat from a bank auction and the boat is currently stored on Lake Pleasant just minutes from Phoenix Arizona. Prior to being put in a wet slip in Phoenix , a new bottom antifouling paint was applied. The bottom job is less than 4 months old. I have a clear title in hand and I am ready to deal on this boat. This boat is powered by twin 496 8.1L Mercury V-Drive Motors, each wearing just under 480 hours. The engines are closed cooling meaning it utilizes a head exchanger and does not run lake/sea water throughout the engine blocks. I have ran the motors and generator for 2+ hours, they run and perform as expected. The Kohler Marin Generator has 491 hours and runs the Air Conditioning without fail. The boat has been in the water for over 30 days and the engine bay remains completely dry. As to be expected with a used boat, it does have its flaws. All of the exterior carpet is missing and as is the case with the canvas. The bimini tops are still in place however the stitching is gone due to weathering. All of the vinyl looks good and is ready for use. As for the interior, it is very good condition and everything functions as it should. The the only thing missing from the interior is the canvas that snaps over the carpet. I have personally ran all systems including the Air Conditioners, Generator, Shower, Sink, Toilet, TV, Lights, Water Heater, Spot Light, and Windless. I have found several companies on the internet that offer complete canvas packages with camper enclosures in various colors for about $3,000. For those interested parties in Arizona that wish to keep the boat on Lake Pleasant, I do have a slip at Scorpion Bay(West Side of Pleasant) that can be rented. Slip rental will run $500 a month. For anyone wanting to ship the boat we can arrange shipping at approximately $2.00 per mile. There is not a trailer included with the sale of this boat, furthermore a boat of this size will require a permit should you wish to purchase a trailer and attempt to move the boat yourself. All of the electronics are included in the sale of the boat, but the radar and such has been removed for transportation. I do not plan on guaranteeing anything with the plotter or radar, this system is the original and could stand to be upgraded should you intend on navigating the ocean and bays. If this is a must, I can arrange for someone to get the system up and functioning, but this will be at your expense.
