1994 Sea Ray Express Bridge NEW BOTTOM JOB OCTOBER 2014The 440 EB is the perfect family boat for, with two stateroom, two bathrooms, and molded steps to the fly bridge with a walk thru windshield with steps leading to the bow area.  She has 3116 Cats with the good serial numbers, new salon air conditioning and generator.   The 440 has a swim platform with a center ladder two transom gates and a transom shower.  In the cockpit is a removable boarding ladder and transom seat, access to the Caterpillars are thru the cockpit sole.  There are molded steps that lead to the fly bridge; under the steps are the fuel shut of valves and batteries.  You enter the salon thru the sliding patio doors to you right are two barrel chairs the entertainment center and electrical panel.  To your left is the aft cabin, the cabin has its own head, a Cedar lined closet with mirrored door.  The salon has carpet on the sole; in the sole are large storage compartments and access to the new 16000 BTU air conditioning unit.  The salon dinette is raised so you look out of the windows.  The dinette has a large wrap around seat and is comfortable.   Opposite the dinette is a breakfast bar with two stools.  The galley is forward, with a large fridge freezer microwave, sinks with plenty of storage space.  The owner’s stateroom is forward.  Both staterooms have solid privacy doors.  The owner’s stateroom has a deck hatch A/C control panel, private head with stall shower.  The bridge has great seating, a long aft fly bridge seat an aft facing seat beside the Capt. seat and another forward facing seat in front of the helm.  The helm is well laid out.  All the gauges are clear, throttle and shifters are not pitted.  The helm has a cover.  For electronics there are Garmin 3006C GPS Map SI-Tex CVS-106 R21XX Raster Scan Radar Apelco Loran GPS 6400 Ray ST6001 Smart Pilot Uniden VHF Ray Rudder Indicator In front of the helm is an ice maker, sink.  The bridge is covered with a bimini top with forward, side and aft enclosure.  You can walk thru the center windshield and walk down to the bow, this is a great feature it allows easy to get to the bow lines and ground tackle.  There is a small seating area.  On the bow is the windlass and anchor storage.
