16000 btu air conditioner/heat pump & cockpit cover & snap in carpet new last year, 5.7 io inboard, new batteries & 3000 watt honda portable generator, 21 inch flat screen with blue ray player, depth sounder, , camper top, microwave, electric cook top, new dometic maserator, tape player, 35 gallon holding tank, 20 gallons fresh water, trim tabs, new bottom paint last year, 2 owner boat I am the second owner ,stored in covered slip in summer & stored inside in winter. Have all cushions & table to turn bed into dinette we put 8 inch foam mattress in that can be easily removed, the last pic is of spare sleeping space that we used for storage we also have all the cushions for this space.
