Deck looks great. No damage was spotted. Could use a good detail job. The cushions outside look good.
Interior, all in all look good, there's small ding on the corner of the microwave housing area. No damage was seen anywhere else. Normal ware and tare in general.

The forward stateroom has a full-size berth with two hanging mirrored lockers, a vanity, and plenty of personal storage space. The mid stateroom features Sea Ray's design in which the conversation pit converts to a private double berth. In the salon, there is even more sleeping space with a convertible dinette, with storage below. The galley of the 340 Sundancer features all the comforts of home, including a 3.4-cubic-foot refrigerator, microwave, flush-mount two-burner electric stove, and fiberglass countertop with sink and cutting board cover to create even more usable space. The drawers and storage areas stow dishes, glasses, and flatware securely thanks to special inserts that hold them firmly in place. 2000 Sea Ray Sundancer
Excellent condition 2000 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer. This one-owner boat has been kept in fresh water all its life. It has only been used 400 hours and is very clean both topside and below deck. Large swim platform, plenty of storage, and open cockpit. Cabin features well-equipped galley, full head, plenty of seating, and sleeping for 6. Engines are 2 Mercruiser 5.7L EFi. Boat features a Westerbeke generator, air conditioning, windlass, etc.
The boat has had proactive maintenance performed annually, and was shrink wrapped each winter. In the past year, the boat had $12k in cyclical maintenance and improvements including bravo drives bearing carriers replaced, new water pumps, fresh bottom paint, etc. It is currently on land at a marine yard, ready to be dewinterized and driven immediately. Any desired alterations / updates could be done on site.

1992 Sea Ray Sundancer 350/370
This boat is in excellent condition and includes just about every option you can name. Almost everything has been replaced and upgraded. The engines and transmissions only have 520 hours. The exhaust systems are new (2016). There is a new, state-of-the-art Garmin $7,000 chartplotter/side-look sonar system with touch screen interface that is fantastic. The stereo system is new and has bluetooth and a remote bass with a booster amp. The boat has a central vacuum system, and an icemaker in the cockpit next to a wet bar with a sink and LED lighting throughout. The generator is powerful enough to run all of the appliances at once, even the stove, microwave and AC. There are two heat pumps, one for the forward berth, and one for the mid cabin berth. The forward berth has a 14" thick memory foam mattress that you will swear is the most comfortable mattress you have ever slept on. The anchor windlass and bow search light are operated by controls located conveniently on the helm. Complete canvass covers and Eisenglass are included, and are in excellent condition. All upholstery was replaced with top-of-the-line fabrics. A large flat panel LG TV is included. The boat is located at Hampton Virginia on the intercoastal waterway, convenient to most mid-atlantic coastal cities. Overall length is 39'4" so most marinas want you to reserve a 40' slip. Beam is 12'4" so it handles choppy water well. It has a nice, low center of gravity. This boat was called a 350 in 1992, and then it was called a 370 in the years after that. NICE BOAT!!!! We are reluctantly selling it to buy a catamaran.
