Stock #329538 Professionally maintained! Great liveaboard! See Long Island Sound and surroundings in this boat! The Fair Haven is in fine condition. She's had several upgrades an is extremely affordable. This 31' model is very popular and a safe and secure vessel. With accommodation for 4, there's plenty of room for family fun and fishing aboard the Fair Haven. The interior is large, bright, airy, and fitted with a lower helm for foul-weather comfort and convenience. A generous settee on the port side will comfortably sit 3 and folds out to a double berth. Beneath the settee is a folding table seating 4-6, which can be set up in either the cabin or the cockpit. One step below the salon sole and to port is the L-Shaped galley. Well-appointed with a stove, sink and electric refrigerator, there is abundant counter space with built-in storage for dishes, supplies, and dinnerware. The V-Berth has a very comfortable double bed underneath storage and shelves along the hull. Just outside the V berth is a hanging locker. The head, which is large for a boat this size, features a porta-potty; a fully enclosed shower with seat and teak flooring; and vanity and wash basin. Reason for selling is downsizing.
