This houseboat is in excellent condition and is ready for you and your family.It has been updated inside with new flooring, paint, full size stove in the galley and more. The roof is only 2 years old. The motors run great, the batteries have all been replaced. This boat is like new!!!! The boat has 4 state rooms all with queen beds (1 room has 2 queen beds in it), 2 bathrooms with showers, the couch has a queen hide-a-bed. THATS 12 PEOPLE IN BEDS!!!
