This Kells 28 is a nice starter boat. The seller has owned her for four years and reports the engine runs great. He had a local mechanic perform engine work to make sure she runs reliably. The exhaust elbow was recently replaced.
Per the seller, the entire boat inside and outside has all new electric and panels and lights The interior and exterior are in the process of being cleaned up. There are some soft spots on the forward deck. The starter needs to be replaced.
