This is my personal boat, which I have owned for three years. I sail her weekly (single handed), and every single system (engine, lights, sails, standing and running rigging, etc.) is in perfect working order. The bottom is cleaned monthly by a professional dive service.
Terms:$8500 obo - A deposit of $750 is due within 24 hours, balance due within 7 days via cash in person or bank wire transfer. Vessel must be moved by last day of month, or storage fee of $600 applies for May, and any subsequent month. I do know a reliable sailboat transporter that is capable of delivering her anywhere this side of the Mississippi.
The C&C 27 sloop rig was the yacht that set C&C on the road to becoming a world leader in fiberglass sailboats. Of all the designs produced by C&C, the 27 was by far their most successful. There may be many reasons for her success. Perhaps it's her outstanding sailing ability, her roominess and comfort as a cruiser, or the quality of her construction. Or maybe it's simply that, for so many sailors, she's the perfect sized yacht. Whatever the reasons, with nearly 1,000 hulls produced, the C&C 27 remains a yardstick, against which in many ways competitors are still being measured. Her salon has port and starboard settees with a fold down table on the port side, a quarter-berth on the port stern and a compact galley with sink, and ice box on the starboard stern. Forward she has a V-berth and just aft of the forward cabin there is a marine head on the port side and a sink and vanity on the starboard side. She has a VHF radio and a Raytheon ST 1000+ autopilot. Her auxiliary power is an 8-HP Yanmar 1GM diesel.
