1989 Somerset Houseboat,I own a Somerset Houseboat that is in Excellent Condition, I have kept it undercover and it needs nothing. My boat has central heat & air, central Vac, dish washer, washer & dryer, wet bar, blender, new Carpet, 3 bed rooms, front deck enclosure for winter, direct TV, recliners, deck furniture, and roof furniture. The roof was re-gel coated last year. Power is Volvo/ Chevy 5 liter w 330 hours / dual props, new hydraulics and seals and boots. westerbeke 12.5 Generator w/1300 hours.
