The 500-series by South Bay does it all. It was designed to fish and to party (not necessarily in that order--you can do both activities at the same time). Decked out for maximum enjoyment. Luxury features all around while still all the standard features that an avid fisherman would be looking for. You might as well be comfortable while you are trying to boat a flounder. This one is the 521RS model and features the 2.75 performance package that adds the sport center tube, hydraulic steering and lifting strakes.
