1971 Slickcraft SC-285 It is a 1971 Slickcraft SC-285 Hard Top. This boat was built at the Slickers plant in Holland MI. and has not left Lake Michigan her entire life. It is 28.5' in length with a 10.5' Beam and a 3' draft. The dry weight is listed at 8050 lbs. It has a sturdy and SOLID fiberglass deep V-hull; very sturdy when trolling or running and can safely handle the snotty conditions that can spring up on the lake. The twin inboard 302 (215 HP) Mercruiser engines have just over 500 hours on a rebuild with 2500 hours in total. The previous owner of 23 years was a mechanic for the Chicago Fire Department and was meticulous with maintenance. If you are going to buy a used fishing boat, this is the one you want. I purchased this boat new in Jan of 2004. It has been garage kept in the summer and stored inside every winter. I have well maintained this from day one. Comes with custom cover, rod holders, 24 volt Minn Kota bow mounted trolling motor with the I-pilot and auto-pilot add-ons, two fish/depth finders(one is the Elite 7 that I installed last year), live well, running lights and bilge pump, just to name a few. I replaces the two twelve volt batteries last year and have a 24 volt charger to keep them up and ready to go when you are. Comes with a 40 Yamaha 2-stroke motor that runs like a top. It will do about 30 MPH on the water so you can get where you want to go in no time at all. Lund makes a great boat, I've had this one on some big water and it handled it, no problem. Setup similar to a roomy bass boat heavier gauge metal than a Tracker ! (1967) 65hp Mercury runs perfectly with updated electrical system and a kill switch /CMC power tilt. Minnkota 24volt 65lb thrust with quick release bow mount motor, instead of the wimpy 12volt that poop out in 1/2 the day.(not shown in these photo's) 2 motorized anchor winches. On board battery charger. Shorelander trailer with brakes and Led lights running lights on the boat and the trailer, boat cover and lots of stuff not listed, no leaks. It was 2-3 different colors of yellow stripped off the old paint under coated and painted it silver.The trailer could stand some wire brushing and some repainting. I've owned and used it a very few times. Not much time for it. It sits parked,and covered . All titles Illinois titles are up to date registered . Cash only !!

must sell 16 foot sylvan alum, comes with foot control trolling motor in the front, and trolling motor in the back. live wells - airators - rod storage - fish locator - radio - 70 hp evinrude that does not run, needs crank bearings and rist pin bearings which I have bought. other than that the motor ran. boat was bought from a friend of mine who was the original owner. boat was only used 2 weeks a year for vacation and kept in the garage the rest of the time. trailer is like new, tires VGC , spare brand new.
