1979 Avenger Sport Fisherman, I am moving away from FL and selling my 1979 sport fish, I have been living on her for the last year and doing some remodeling work. she still has some cosmetic work that needs to be done. Her twin Cat diesels 210 hp each (3160's) run great she starts right up and has under 3000 hours on each engine. I have had both engines looked at by 2 different Machanics and they are confirmed to be in good shape. This is a classic boat, and she rides like a dream. She is a tank, the trim tabs dont work but I have been able to get her up on plane and had her up to 17 mph. The total 420 hp is increadibly fuel efficient she burns about 2 to three gallons per hour cruising at 1400 rpms which pushes her about 10 to 12 knots. I have lived aboard her at a dock in boynton beach for the last year and hat to sell her but am moving back to houtson texas, and will not be able to finish working on her. she needs carpentry work and a paint job, she has so much potential, I really hate to sell but just dont have the time to give her that she deserves. $35000
