For sale is my 2002 24' Stingray 240LR with BRAND NEW (not rebuilt) Mercury Mercruiser 5.0 EFI engine. New engine installed by certified Mercruiser shop (Davey Marine, Fort Lauderdale, FL) 13 months ago and has less than 10 hours of use. New engine install included elbow exhausts, uprights and manifolds as well as a new starter, ignition wiring/kit, distributor cap, thermostats, 2 bilge pumps, and all hoses, belts, gaskets. Paid over $10,000 for new engine and all parts listed above.This boat is is GREAT shape. Original engine had only 224 hours when replaced, and the boat has been stored indoors until 15 months ago when the engine was replaced. Original engine seized when one of the original exhaust scuppers failed leading to water being taken into the engine over time.Includes almost $3,000 in additions/upgrades including bimini top, bow & cockpit covers, fish finder, GPS, VHF radio, stainless steel prop, 2 new Sears Platinum Marine batteries, port-potti, salon enclosures, and full (20-25') boat cover. Will include all ski ropes, rafts and tube - everything you need to hit the water this weekend. I paid $14,500 for this boat in 2012 - my loss is your gain!Tandem-axle float-on aluminum trailer also available ($2,000). Will discount if interested in both boat and trailer.
