18' wide. Twin mercruiserv8s i/o with front and rear thrusters and a westerbeke 20 kw generator. 4 bed two bath with master tub. Hot tub up top. The boat has hard side panels so there is No canvas to replace. Extended front porch with extra wide stair case leading to top deck. Timeless, undated interior decor and fresh colors outside. 2001 Sumerset 18 X 90
This is a custom built beautiful like new house boat. The side walls are 6" higher than normal. There is forward and rear thrusters. There are two new air conditioning units, and the units are 2 ton geo thermal units vs a large metal unit on the aft deck. There are two jet ski racks built on an extension on the aft deck with electric motors and the center system can be used for a jet boat or something and has its on electric hoist. There is an electric windlass with anchor and rope and twelve batteries for a invertor. The salon has a five speaker Bose surround system and there is also a back up camera. There is a 30' party top with brand new canvas. The master bath comes with a oblong tub and a separate shower. These are just a few of the extras on this custom boat.

2000 Sumerset 18 x 100 House Boat This is a beautiful well cared for extremely well appointed house boat. This is the second owner and the boat has always been docked on a fresh water inland lake and captain maintained. The current owner bought the boat from the original owner at the end of 2004 and started a total redo of the interior. This boat has two king bedrooms with interior baths and has a fire place in the salon. All four bedrooms and the living room were totally redone with new drapes, bed spreads and furniture. This boat comes with a large upper deck with a bimini over the upper drive station and a full party top over at least 3/4 of the rest of the deck. There are two wet bars, a hot tub, and lots of new beautiful furniture. There is also a wet slide. The kitchen has a double sink, a oven with cook top, a microwave oven, a double door refrigerator with ice maker and water access in the door, and the boat has a pressurized water system with hot water heater. There are two ice makers on the boat and a wet bar in dinning area. The boat will sleep eight comfortably and has a large spot light, train type horn, and an automatic fire suppression system. The boat is white with beige stripes and black canvas. This is a totally custom boat with a great interior and party top. You have to visit this boat personally to really appreciate how lovely it really is.
